Returns

Refunds

  1. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it promptly.
  2. Notification: We’ll inform you that we’ve received your return and update you on its status after inspection.
  3. Approval: If your return is approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
  4. Refund Timing:
    • We’ll initiate the refund immediately after approval.
    • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer’s policies.
  5. Credit Card Refunds: The refund will typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, but this can vary by card issuer. 

Please note: Keep your return tracking number until the refund process is complete.

Shipping

  • Within 30 days: We cover the cost of return shipping.
  • After 30 days: If we accept a return as an exception, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable in all cases.
