“This product has been a life saver! My 83 year old husband has been unable to get up out of most chairs. Watching him strain to get up made me feel so bad for him. Now he gets up with ease. He was always afraid those portable lifts would spring him out and might make him fall. He does not have that fear with the SitnStand. It gently raises him up to where he can just move right out of the chair. He now can take small walks two or three times a day and then return to the chair for a rest. This is the best purchase ever and so easy to set up and use. It even comes in a case so when we go to visit our kids we can take it with us. Excellent Product & Customer Service
We purchased this product to assist my husband who is losing motor function and mobility. We recieved it promptly and set up according to instructions. The unit had a defect and failed after just two weeks but I reached out to the company directly and they were fantastic!
They sent out a new unit right away and we were able to get back up and running in a few days. The company followed up with me to make sure we received it and that all was ok.
The new unit is functioning and is a life saver for my back. Could not ask for better service that we received.
